311 call in New York City serves for non-emergency service re- quests or complaints. This project aims to visualize top complaints in Manhattan by complaint types. Especially, the monthly data visualization reveals the seasonal pattern and change in complaints regarding different problems. Data visualization and analysis based on 311 data from June to December 2014 by NYC OPEN DATA. Data analysis by python and visualization by CartoDB. (Entry for NYU GIS Mapping Competition 2015)
